Renaissance wooden sculpture made from a solid block of wood, presumably from an altarpiece or architectural carving context. The restoration measures included surface cleaning, wax-based repairs, the laser-based removal of a previous improper patination, a color-coordinated wax surface treatment, as well as minor fillings.
